Why don't you charge by traffic?

Because we think it's unfair. VWO, Convert, and Optimizely charge by "monthly tested users" - the more successful your site gets, the more you pay. We charge by capacity (sites and tests), not your success. Run as much traffic as you want.

What counts as an "active test"?

An active test is any test that's currently running and collecting data. Paused or completed tests don't count toward your limit.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

What happens when I hit my limits?

Your existing tests keep running. You just won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or free up space by completing a test.
